The views from the room are a highlight, especially if you get one overlooking the church. the scenery is stunning. The unique shower layout with glass doors could certainly use consideration, particularly for friends sharing a space, but the modern decor adds a touch of class throughout.

The keyless entry system for elevators and rooms is an interesting tech feature, but this doesn't work well when juggling kids, bags, or if your phone's battery dies. The pool lounge lacked enough heat for a comfortable experience, making it less inviting to chill out. There was also a stubborn stain on the carpet which should have been noticed during cleaning, though it was handled well once reported.

The staff were amazing! They helped us get an early check-in for a wedding, allowing us to prepare in comfort. However, the noise from the street made it hard to sleep. 😅

My stay was enjoyable thanks to the central location and the excellent breakfast spread, which included fresh waffles and a variety of healthy options. The staff were attentive and made me feel welcome throughout my visit. However, the noise from the nearby nightlife could be a disturbance for light sleepers.

great access to local shops and eateries for city strolls

I had a lovely time staying here. the position is excellent for exploring the square and only a few steps from great restaurants and cafes which made my evening strolls delightful. Also, it was a short walk to many attractions, including the Textile Museum and LocHal, making it easy to enjoy the city on foot.

my stay at mercure was great! the hotel is located right in the heart of the city, super close to the train station. the privilege double room was clean and very comfortable. The staff really stood out. they were always friendly and went out of their way to help. i loved relaxing in the sauna.

Just a heads up, the spa facilities are more like a confusing labyrinth than a relaxing space!!! Also, the lack of privacy in certain rooms is a real letdown with an adjacent multi-story parking garage!!!

Great stay with friends! We enjoyed visiting the 013 music venue and catching a movie at Pathé. The city center location is perfect but expect some noise at night. The staff was super friendly and helped with our luggage. The hotel restaurant has a cozy vibe, perfect for unwinding after a fun day.

One downside was the noise at night, it was loud outside from the nearby clubs, making it hard to sleep.

Just a well-suited match for a lightning stop in Tilburg with extraordinarily good value for money. The staff was excellent and quickly prepared an omelette for me at breakfast. For parking, use the adjacent multi-storey complex for easy access.

Lovely bike rentals available right at the hotel for exploring.

The AC was not strong enough, making the room a bit uncomfortable at times.

The central location makes it super easy to explore all the charming shops and eateries around. I loved starting my mornings at the breakfast buffet, especially the fresh waffles and local specialties that really brought a taste of the area! Plus, the cozy comforts of my Privilege Double Room were pure bliss after a day of walking around.
