the breakfasts at the bakery. location so close to the central square of tilburg, and restaurants and night life.

Comfortable, spacious, quiet room overlooking downtown and convenient to restaurants, shops and mass transit.

Public areas of the hotel had a peculiar odor like spoiled cabbage.

I liked the location of this hotel. And Tilburg is a very nice town.

I was expecting something more. I've got wrong information for my reservation. I don't know whose fault is it. I booked an executive double room and I wanted my kid (5 years old) to sleep also in the doubble bed. But instead I stayed in regular double room with an extra bed for my kid. I also booked a room 5 times better from this one in West Cord Hotel Amsterdam for the same amount of money.

The views from the room are a highlight, especially if you get one overlooking the church. The scenery is fine. The unique shower layout with glass doors could certainly use consideration, particularly for friends sharing a space, but the modern decor adds a touch of class throughout.

The pool lounge lacked enough heat for a comfortable experience. There was also a stubborn stain on the carpet which should have been noticed during cleaning, though it was handled well once reported.

The location is perfect if youre going to a concert in 013= very close. That was the only reason to choose this hotel.

Most of the staff were acting and looking at us like we dont belong there, just because the restaurant was "full" with 4 buisness men. It took 10 minutes to get the bill while we were in a hurry to go= very annoying. Also when we came back at 1:00 at night we had to wait outsite for someone to open the doors and he asked us if we had a room in the hotel after giving us a very dirty look, like he couldnt believe that we actually had a room there!!! Parking is not free, even thought their own website gives you the impression that it is. Also the room is not worth the price, i have been in far better 4* hotels for a lot less money and the staff was the worst thing for me for giving us strange looks the whole time, very rude. Room service is only till 22:00. What a joke, any good 4* hotels have room service 24/7!!! Room sevice is for when youre very tired, didnt had the time to eat at a restaurant and you want to eat in your room possibly after 22:00. But of course this wasnt possible here, which of course is ridiculous. I cant even remember another time i was in a 4* hotel with room service and it only was till 22:00.

A pretty good business hotel in the very center of Tilburg.

Hot and varied breakfasts, with goodies and so many options around to eat and the bakery. Lovely room, large bathroom...

The staff were amazing! They helped us get an early check-in for a wedding, great to prepare in comfort. The noise from the street made it hard to sleep 😅

Breakfast with so many options around and great quality of food, as example. Excellent and absolutely perfect location on main square in Tilburg, and 15 minute walk from a family-friendly museum.

Lovely comfortable room , with very stylish furnishing , and great wet room for bathroom ( we stayed in the superior double)

Breakfast , not much left when we arrived half hour before it finished , a little disappointing , at 17 euro each , many restaurants / cafe nearby

Comfortable stay in a great location

The staff were attentive. The noise from the nearby nightlife could be a disturbance for light sleepers.

The room was very clean. the was was very friendly.The hotel was very well located (2 minutes far from the 013 Muziek centrum)

The shower was not very confortable

Clean, attractive, good value, short walk from the train station.

The position is excellent for exploring the square and only a few steps from great restaurants and cafes , made my evening strolls good. It was a short walk to many attractions, including the Textile Museum and LocHal.

very sincere friendly staff. Fresh and cosy hotel. In the middle of everything so the location is marvellous. good WiFi. Good parking places. Thank you Mercure Tilburg :)
